Service and Supply

At Brezan, basically everything can be supplied, with a service level of no less than 99{7b8146373828effd9fa0a5daa66d6e7e4c28a93270902703a9d20ba0cdb4245c}! With the close and efficient mutual collaboration between the PartsPoint Services parts depots and Brezan outlets, any part or accessory is always supplied fast. This makes Brezan one of the most distinctive enterprises in a very competitive market.

Customers may always choose between A-brands, a range in the mid-segment or a cheaper own brand. At Brezan, they call that the “good-better-best” strategy. Well-known A-brands are Brembo, Champion, Monroe, Bosal, NGK, Gates, Mann and Thüle. What’s more, customers may also opt for Brezan’s own attractively priced private label: Coldax.

These days, Brezan’s services cover much more than just parts and accessories. Brezan now supplies and delivers everything the automotive aftermarket needs, including the PartsCat order programme, PartsCat new generation. This up-to-date database contains all the technical data needed for vehicle repair and maintenance.

In 2015, Brezan introduced a new initiative to the Dutch market: the formula Kentekenloket.nl. This organisation of 500 car firms is certified by the Netherlands Vehicle Authority for registering vehicles. This was previously only possible at post offices. Since registration and transfer of ownership can now be arranged directly at car showrooms, this can be combined with an expert mileage check and/or purchase inspection.

What’s more, in late 2015, USN-Centuri, with 38 branches in the Netherlands and Belgium, was acquired and merged with Brezan.
